Haku Yowane visited Nakano Ward, Tokyo to join Nakano nigiwai festa Oct. 7, 2012.
A word "nigiwai" means festivity in Japanese.
But there were not so many visitors because it had been raining since morning...

Haku came to Nakano Broadway to get out of the rain.. There were not so many customers in the shops because Let's go to Mandarake, one of the most famous okaku shop in japan. It was not opened yet...
